ABOUT ME
“My role is not to heal you. It is to create a space where you can reconnect with yourself, listen to your inner voice, and rediscover your own capacity for healing.”
My path towards supporting others did not begin with an obvious calling.
I first studied pharmacy, then international business, before spending more than ten years working in audiovisual and event production, both in Morocco and internationally. I travelled extensively, explored different worlds, and spent many years searching.
And yet, despite a life filled with experiences, something within me continued to call.
My first journey to India, in 2004, profoundly changed the way I saw life. The years that followed took me across Asia and introduced me to different traditions, practices, and teachings. What began as a personal exploration gradually became a profound journey of inner transformation.
Since 2015, I have continued to study and deepen my understanding of different approaches to healing, self-discovery, and personal transformation. Over the years, shamanism, Reiki, energy work, Tantra, body-based and meditative practices, and ancestral and transgenerational healing have all contributed to shaping my understanding of the human experience.
Today, however, I no longer define my work through a collection of techniques.
Above all, I accompany people through life’s transitions.
Those moments when something can no longer continue as it once did. When old ways of being, loving, protecting ourselves, or defining who we are begin to lose their meaning. These periods can feel uncomfortable, sometimes deeply unsettling, but they can also become thresholds to a more authentic relationship with ourselves.
My approach is intuitive, yet grounded in years of practice, training, and experience. Depending on what emerges, I may draw upon shamanic, energetic, meditative, symbolic, somatic, or ritual practices. The technique is never the purpose in itself. It simply serves the person and the process they are moving through.
I remain, above all, a student, and I hope I always will. The further I travel along this path, the more I realise how much there is still to discover, experience, and understand. Continuing to learn, practise, and study with teachers and traditions that enrich my work is an essential part of how I accompany others.
At the heart of my work lies a simple belief: we do not need to spend our entire lives trying to fix ourselves.
Inner work can help us recognise our wounds, conditioning, and inherited patterns. But at some point, it must also bring us back to life itself: to our bodies, our relationships, our desires, our creativity, our discernment, our joy, and our ability to make choices and fully inhabit our own existence.
It is this meeting between inner depth and embodied living that guides Journey With Moon today.
I offer this support through individual sessions, circles and group experiences, initiatory journeys such as Feminine Alchemy, as well as immersive experiences and retreats.
I am not here to give anyone a truth to follow. I create spaces where each person can connect more deeply with their own.
And it is a profound honour to walk alongside those who choose to embark on this journey, for however long our paths may meet.
