INTUITIVE HEALING

“There is a voice that doesn’t use words. Listen.” — Rumi

An Invitation to Explore What Lies Beneath

Some challenges are easy to identify. Others reveal themselves more subtly — through a sense of being stuck, recurring emotions, a loss of motivation, familiar patterns that keep resurfacing, or simply the feeling that something within us is asking for attention, even when we cannot quite name it.

Intuitive Healing offers a space to explore what lies beyond our immediate understanding, allowing us to connect with aspects of ourselves that may not be accessible through words or conscious reflection alone.

Deeply rooted in my shamanic healing practice, this approach draws on intuitive, energetic, and symbolic awareness of whatever emerges during a session.

No two sessions follow the same path. Rather than working with a predetermined structure, I allow myself to be guided by what unfolds and by the different layers that invite attention.

EASING INTO THE HEALING EXPERIENCE

We begin with a conversation about what you are currently experiencing and what has brought you to the session.

You are then invited to lie down comfortably as I usually begin with gentle energy work, drawing particularly on Reiki. Sound and vibration, inspired by Sound Healing practices, may also be incorporated.

This initial phase creates an opportunity to slow down, gradually release tension, and allow the body to settle into a deeper state of relaxation.

For me, it is also a time of listening.

As the body and mind begin to settle, I can connect more deeply with what is emerging during the session, allowing me to sense where the work may naturally need to go.

THE HEART OF THE SESSION: AN INTUITIVE APPROACH

From this point, the work becomes increasingly intuitive.

I enter an altered state of consciousness, remaining receptive to the perceptions, images, sensations, and insights that arise throughout the session.

My practice draws extensively on the teachings and techniques of shamanism.

Depending on what emerges, the work may take different forms: energetic cleansing or balancing, symbolic extraction, exploring energetic connections or attachments, reconnecting with different aspects of the self, symbolically reclaiming inner resources, or exploring a particular issue through shamanic journeying.

Reiki, Sound Healing, drumming, touch, and other forms of energy work may also become part of the session, depending on what feels appropriate in the moment.

I do not decide beforehand what needs to happen.

Instead, I follow the natural unfolding of the healing process, working with what reveals itself while remaining attentive to the person lying before me and to what I perceive in their body and energy.

THE LANGUAGE OF SYMBOLS

Images and symbols play an important role in my work.

During a session, I may perceive a scene, a place, a person, an animal, a sensation, or an image whose meaning is not always immediately apparent.

I approach these impressions as a symbolic language to be explored rather than as literal truths.

Some images resonate immediately with what you are experiencing. Others may offer a new perspective or reveal their significance over time.

This symbolic dimension can sometimes provide another way of approaching experiences, emotions, or patterns that are difficult to understand through conscious reflection alone.

WHEN INTUITIVE HEALING MAY BE SUPPORTIVE

Intuitive Healing can offer support during many different stages of life: periods of transition, emotional or relationship challenges, recurring patterns, feelings of being stuck or disconnected, or simply a desire to reconnect with a greater sense of grounding and inner presence.

It can also complement an existing journey of self-exploration by opening another space for discovery — one that places greater emphasis on the body, energy, intuition, and symbolic understanding.

The intention is not to create a particular experience or decide in advance what needs to change.

The session unfolds in response to what emerges in the moment.

AFTER THE SESSION

At the end of our time together, we create space to reflect on the experience.

I share the perceptions, images, and insights that feel significant to the work, and together we can explore how they may relate to what you are currently experiencing in your life.

Some experiences simply need time to settle and integrate.

At other times, I may suggest a personal practice to help you continue the process independently. This might include a personalised guided meditation, breathwork, a body-based exercise, journaling, a ritual, or another practice inspired by what emerged during the session.

These recommendations are not automatic. They arise naturally when I feel they can meaningfully support your ongoing integration.

A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE, EVERY TIME

Every healing session is different because every person and every encounter is unique.

Some sessions may be deeply peaceful and quiet. Others may bring forward more images, emotions, physical sensations, or moments of insight.

There is nothing you need to do, visualise, achieve, or get right.

You are simply invited to lie down, receive the healing, and allow the experience to unfold in its own way.
