Alchemy is the art of transformation. My work is to share healing tools and spiritual wisdom that allow women to reclaim their wholeness, embody their truth, and awaken their sovereignty.
As an experienced therapist, I host intimate women’s circles, shamanic journeys, and alchemical workshops. I also offer transformative programs to deepen your healing journey.
Feminine Alchemy Program
For women who feel called to go deeper, I offer the Feminine Alchemy program—a year-long initiation into the cycles of transformation. This living path unfolds through the four stages of alchemy:
Nigredo — the descent into shadow and the healing of origins
Albedo — purification, inner child healing, and reconnection with innocence
Citrinitas — awakening of creative fire, sensuality, and sacred expression
Rubedo — embodiment of sovereignty, sacred union, and the Golden Throne within
The program combines monthly women’s circles, initiatory Kriyas, guided rituals, integration practices, and personal mentoring. It is both collective and individual: a community journey of sisterhood, and at the same time a profoundly personal initiation.
Feminine Alchemy is for women ready to release inherited stories, awaken their power, and step fully into the radiant path of the feminine.
Women’s Circles
Women’s circles are sacred gatherings where we come together to be seen, heard, and held in sisterhood. Each circle is a safe space for sharing, ritual, and embodied practices that help us release, reconnect, and remember who we are. Whether rooted in a theme such as ancestral healing, inner child work, or feminine embodiment, these circles offer deep connection and gentle yet powerful transformation.
Circles are intentionally kept intimate so that each woman receives the attention and presence she deserves. They are available in person and online.
Shamanic Journeys
Shamanic Journeys are guided experiences using rhythm, intention, and altered states of consciousness to connect with the unseen world. In these journeys, you are guided to meet spirit allies, receive insight, and bring healing to parts of yourself or your lineage. They are powerful tools for clarity, transformation, and reconnection with the wisdom of your soul.
Journeys may be held as group ceremonies or one-on-one, always within a safe and grounded container.
Workshops & Ceremonies
I also facilitate workshops and ceremonies weaving ritual, embodiment, and healing practices. These may be hosted independently or in collaboration with retreats, and private groups. Each is designed with care and intention, attuned to the specific needs of the community.
